SOLICITOR-GENERAL TRYING TO JAIL VINCE SIEMER AGAIN!!Friday 22 October 2.15pm Auckland High Court

21 October 2010

CIV2008 404 0472 Solicitor General v Siemer

‘Solicitor General’s new application for recommittal’.

‘Justices Chisholm and Gendall will hear the application at 2.15pm on Friday the 22nd October 2010.
Their honour will both be at Auckland for this hearing.’

High Court
Waterloo Quadrant

This Friday 22 October

– 2.15pm.

The Solicitor-General is trying to jail Vince for contempt AGAIN!!!
FOURTH time!!!

Vince has a complaint lodged with the United Nations Human Rights Committee over the raft of human rights violations he has suffered here in New Zealand – the ‘least corrupt country in the world’.

How Vince Siemer has been treated is an absolute disgrace.

He is fighting for freedom of expression, the right to a fair trial and an open, transparent, and accountable NZ justice system.

Those who have got the guts to make a principled stand to the point of imprisonment (3 times to date!) are a very rare breed.

Vince needs and deserves our support.

Cheers!
