The revelation will prompt speculation that the ‘pandemic’ was wildly overestimated and largely fuelled by the drugs industry who stood to benefit from the panic.

Judges are supposed to make their decisions on the basis of evidence, documents and facts,
But in the court Döbling in Vienna, this is clearly not a requirement.

An email from an unknown person appeared to be set to be the basis of the decision to appoint a legal guardian and strip me of all my civic rights at top speed when I went at 10 am this morning to the court in Döbling, Vienna, for my interrogation by judge Dr Hannes Winge.

I was told the interview would probably last only 15 minutes and not to bother bringing any documents along as they were all.

To my surprise, Dr Winge’s first question to me in his spacious office was about an email from a person I have never heard of called „Christina Braun“, writing apparently about my role in the swine flu pandemic. He clearly wanted to focus on this email from this Christina Braun and seemed intent on appointing a legal guardian for me without delay, even asking me to name a representative. I refused because the whole procedure is not justified by the law.

He seemed to have absolutely knowledge at all or even the slightest interest in the copies of the appeals I had handed in one month ago with documents proving that Judge Michaela Lauer’s reasons for appointing a legal guardian in connection with my Dad’s inheritance are all false even though this should have been the focus of our interview.

A copy lay on his desk. But the pristine pages betrayed that they had come straight out of the photocopy machine and had lain untouched ever since – and that even though Dr Winge is making such a weighty decision about my future and is supposed to be studying the evidence.

I had to insist that Dr Winge look at the proof, documents, bills, emails and evidence that Judge Lauer is pushing to appoint a legal guardian for me on the basis of false accusations and in order to bury evidence of her corruption.

In the end, I had to spend two hours in the office as I laid out all the evidence to Dr Winge – evidence so strong he could not ignore it. At some point, even the most capricious justice system has to take account of reality.

Dr Winge graciously agreed at the end to look at the files and study the evidence. Foolish me! I had been under the impression the examination of evidence also happened before the interview – and not only after. He said he would need about a month and would then make his decision about whether to drop the case or not.

I pointed out to him that he would have to give reasons for his decision and that the reasons had to have some basis in facts and that appointing legal guardians etc for me just to silence me is actually a criminal offence.

Instead of a fair hearing , Dr Winge appeared to wish to discuss only an irrelevant email from a person I have never heard of and to move forward to appoint a legal guardian immediately.

That remainds of the fake criminal charges created by the corruption state prosecutor Katja Wallenschewksi out of letters of protest about my persecution by Heiner Lohmann and Christine Cote.

It seems any, „false flag“ email or criminal charges will serve as a happy excuse not to look at the facts at hand and to continue with framing me.

I have to ask myself: why is the Austrian government so desperate to silence me? Why do they risk such a scandal to strip me of my rights? Anyone who reads the appeals and criminal charges on the internet can see that the accusations made against me are trivial or lies.

Being stripped of your civil rights because you allegedly have not done things like pay the insurance of your Dad’s house when you have the bill proving you paid — and when it was the job of the Judge Lauer and solicitor Hutz anyway to do this is the first place — is like a black, black comedy. Knowing you could be detained forever because Judge Lauer falsely claims I “made ever new demands for the evaluation of various properties” is like a twist in a Stephen King novel.

What the judge says about me amounts to defamation.

One reason the Austrian government could be so deseperate to remove me is because the Council of Europe report by UK MP Paul Flynn on the swine flu pandemic hype is set to be debated in the Austrian parliament, along with all other parliaments in Europe, in the next session. Also, 220 MEPs demanded an investigation into the swine flu at the European Parliament, though this has been blocked for now.

Maybe the Austrian govenrment fears that the upcoming debate will highlight once more the incident where 72 kilos of seasonal flu was contaminated by Baxter in February 2009 in Orth an der Donau. Because the deadly bird flu virus has to be kept in a biosecurity level 3 lab, an accidental contamination can be virtually ruled out. The material was sent to 16 labs in four countries. Only an alert lab technician in the Czech Republic detected the virus after testing it on ferrets.

I filed charges against Baxter on April 8th after there was no meaningful investigation by the authorities. A vet was sent to inspect the lab. The state prosecutor did start an investigation which was dropped in September 2009.

Baxter could have sparked a global bird flu pandemic, triggering mass vaccinations, in Februrary 2009. These pandemic vaccinations can even be made compulsory under the pandemic level 6 declaration by WHO, that it finally revoked just two days before my hearing.

A few days after I filed charges, the swine flu mysteriously appeared in Mexico.
That the swine flu virus was hyped by WHO and by the pharamceutical companies for profit has been confirmed, in the meantime, by evidence presented reports by the Council of Europe and studies such as have appeared in the British Medical Journal.

It could well be that Baxter and the international corporate crime syndicate that I accused of deliberately starting a pandemic for profit in April 2009 is feeling less confident about ist ability to withstand scrutiny.

Only about 3% to 4% of the Austrians took the swine flu vaccine in spite of the gigantic media hype and the exhortations of the health minister Alois Stöger. About 40% take the seasonal flu shot every year as a matter of routine. The authorities clearly anticipated that 60% to 70% would take the swine flu shot.

But the Austrians did not believe the hype. And the government must be worried about its ability to give its spin to the whole swine flu pandemic and Baxter bird flu incident.

As pharamceutical companies and government gear up for unprecedented vaccine campaigns, any scrutiny of the Baxter’s contamination in February 2009 may be seen as a increasingly big threat.

Indeed, if Baxter were ever convicted in a court of law of deliberately attempting to start a global bird flu pandemic, it could well deal a death blow to the whole pharmaceutical industry and vaccine complex around the world.

Getting rid of me though a legal guardianship under false and trivial accusations and also by framing me by fake criminal charges may seem a better option given the possible repercussions of a substantial investigation into Baxter.

The sheer amount of publicity my case is getting will, however, make it impossible for them to remove me. The legal basis is non-existant and there is only so much caprice and eccentricity a justice system can allow itself in the age of the internet before it discredits itself totally in the eyes of the general public.

As soon as the court guardianship is dropped, I can and will file for compensation because this unjustified legal guardianship actually boils down to an attempt at an illegal detention and the silencing of a whistleblower.

The longer this drags on before it is finally laid to rest as it must finally be, the higher my compensation claims can be and the more publicity this case will generate.

The Baxter case is once more already in the spotlight along with the corruption of the Austrian justice system that failed to investigate the contamination of 72 kilos of seasonal flu vaccine material with the bird f u virus that could potentially have endangered people all around the globe.

On a personal note, the last few weeks have made me understand what the word “Kafkaseque” and “surreal” really means. Being hounded by a malevolent state is no joke at all.

Nightmarish as this time has been, I have been overwhelmed by the amount of support I have had from people all over the world.

I don’t have time to answer all the emails; alas, as the likes of Dr Winge force me to go on filing documents etc, though I try to answer as many emails as I can. But the support of so many people, also from Switzerland and from We Are Change Austria, has been truly amazing, and I feel humbled and grateful to have experienced so much generosity, kindess and good will from so many people around the world.

GENEVA, Aug. 10 (Xinhua) — The World Health Organization (WHO) on Tuesday declared an end to the H1N1 pandemic influenza.

WHO Director-General Margaret Chan made the announcement following recommendations from the Emergency Committee of international experts.

“The world is no longer in phase 6 of influenza pandemic alert. We are now moving into the post-pandemic period. The new H1N1 virus has largely run its course,” Chan told a telephone press conference from Hong Kong.
Chan said the decision was based on assessments made by the 15-member Emergency Committee, which was convened earlier Tuesday by teleconference.

The persecution of Irish/Austrian investigative journalist Jane Burgermeister by the Austrian Government must cease forthwith today in Court.

Jane Burgermeister’s courage in helping to expose the $wine flu scam, helped to inspire a global fightback.

Jane has summarised her current predicament as follows:

“Now that there is verifiable, unambiguous evidence that the Austrian government and state prosecutors have faked criminal charges to provide a pretext to arrest and detain me, I am going to apply to the European Court of Human Rights.

Under Article 6 of the Human Rights Convention, all Europeans have the right to a fair trial and proper judicial process, and this is being denied to me. The Austrian state prosecutor for corruption Katja Wallenschewski sent a ltter saying that criminal charges by a Heiner Lohmann and Christine Cote had been filed. But Heiner Lohmann has since signed a letter to state that he had never filed criminal charges in Austria. He had just a general protest letter forwarding a letter from Christine Cote praising my contribution in opening people’s eyes to the swine flu scam.

By faking the criminal charges, the prosecutors hoped to bury my own charges dealing evidence of file manipulation and false accusations. They also hoped to brand me as a dangerous conspiracy theorist.

On August 12th, I have to go to the court to be interviewed about being placed under a court guardianship on the basis of these fake charges too. This will see me stripped of all my civic rights and any assets I am due to inherit. The government and Big Pharma seem determined to silence vaccine critics by any means.”

The Austrian government has been caught red-handed faking two sets of criminal charges by Heiner Lohmann and Christine Cote in a bid to frame me . These fake charges in conjunction with a staged threat to a judge can be used to have me detained and even imprisoned.

Other bloggers in Austria and Germany critical of the government are facing the same treatment.

Natascha Koch, for example, was recently detained in Graz, Austria, on the basis of a staged threat to a clinic. The strength of public protests resulted in her being freed again in three days.

Christine Cote was among the people protesting the detention of Natascha Koch on spurious grounds.

She wrote an email to Judge Michaela Lauer – the judge who applied for my court guardianship on the basis of false claims and file manipulation — asking the authorities to stop persecuting me and other critics on July 4th.

Chrstine Cote cc’d in the Interior Minister Maria Fekter, the Justice Minister Claudia Bandion-Ortner, the Ombudsmen, including Gertrude Brinek as well as the State Prosecutor’s office and the head of the national bank Ewald Nowotny. She also sent a letter to the Austrian Chancellor Werner Faymann as well as the President Heinz Fischer, she says.

That means that all these people must have been informed about my situation on July 5th at the latest.

Did the Chancellor Werner Faymann know that Christine Cote and Heiner Lohmann’s letter asking the government to stop persecuting me had been turned into fake criminal charges? Did he know that these fake charges were dropped almost immediately after I filed charges on July 23 documenting file manipulation, false accusations and fraud to justify my being stripped of all my rights under a court guardianship?

That they were fake charges is clear: the charges were dropped just two working days after my criminal charges with new evidence were filed on July23 . Why wasn’t my additional material documenting persecution by Judge Michaela Lauer investigated by the state prosecutor if Cote’s and Lohmann’s letters were really being treated as criminal charges?

Did Corruption State Prosecutor Katja Wallenschewski only dare create fake criminal charges to bury my own and frame me because she was certain she had cover from the very top of the government, and even the chancellor and justice minister?

Or did Wallenschewski simply not realise that even Austria is now in the internet age and information spreads quickly?

Within a couple of days of the letter from Wallenschewski appearing on the internet stating that criminal charges by Heiner Lohmann and Christine Cote had been filed, both people contacted me to say they had never filed any criminal charges.

Heiner Lohmann and Christine Cote were trying to protest my persecution by the government — but found their protests misused by the same government to persecute me still more.

Christine Cote underlines my role in warning people that the swine flu pandemic was hyped and the swine vaccination risky.

I filed charges against Baxter in April 2009 after Baxter contaminated 72 kilos of seasonal flu material with the bird flu virus, supplied by WHO. The material was sent to 16 labs in 4 coutries and could have sparked a global bird flu pandemic, according to the Times of India.

Just two weeks or so after I filed criminal charges against Baxter the „swine flu“ pandemic appeared in Mexico and was clearly a hyped and staged pandemic.

Although the Vienna state prosecutor opened an investigation into Baxter’s contamination of seasonal flu material at ist biosecurity labs in Orth an der Donau, the investigation was dropped in September 2009 in spite of the fact that experts rule out an accidental contamination given the existence of biosecurity level 3 precautions.

In June 2009, Chancellor Werner Faymann attended the annual Bilderberg meeting near Athens along with David Rockefeller, a big funder of WHO and vaccine sterilisation programmes, and Daniel Vasella, CEO of Novartis, a company that made billions through the swine flu scam.

It has now been established beyond doubt that the top officials in the Austrian government, including the Chancellor Faymann, the Interior Minister and the Justice Minister all knew about Christine Cote’s letter requesting that the government cease its persecution of me and other critics such as Natascha Koch on July 5th.

It cannot be ruled out that they actively encouraged this persecution because they want to eliminate a critic of their swine flu policies.

After all, what state prosecutor would dare carry out such a sleight of hand and turn a letter asking for the authorities to stop hounding me into fake criminal charges only to drop those charges immediately after I supplied more evidence of being hounded on July 23rd if they thought there was any control from the Justice Minister or the top of the government?

After all, it is not just me who is being persecuted: other bloggers are being detained as well by a justice system being instrumentalised to silence government critics.

The Austrian government has even gone to the lengths of faking criminal charges to find an excuse to detain and silence me and keep people in the dark about the risks associated with vaccines before the next vaccine campaign and/or pandemic kicks off.

In the last few days and weeks, I have experienced persecution by the authorities that has made me realise our civil liberties in Europe are hanging by a thread. The Police State is almost here. It is one minute to midnight.

I, a graduate of Edinburgh University, who has written for Nature, the BMJ, the Scientist etc, risk being imprisoned for simply stating the facts about the vaccines.

Chello internet provider censors emails with name “Jane Bürgermeister” in slot line

Last Sunday evening, a big email campaign kicked off in Switzerland about my impending detention, igniting a huge response in the German speaking world but by Tuesday, the internet internet provider Chello was censoring any emails with Jane Bürgermeister in the slot line and marking them as spam.

An IT expert looked into the matter and found a block had been placed on my name by Chello.

I was told that even emails with my name in the body of the text were returned to the sender. My name had to be eliminated altogether before emails were allowed through the filter.

In spite of the censorship, the word spread fast on the internet and many blogs in the German speaking world posted about my impending detention by Austrian authorities, determined to silence swine flu vaccine critics before the next vaccine campaign.

Austrian state prosecutors appear to have faked second set of criminal charges to frame Jane Burgermeister

The Austrian government appears to have faked two sets of criminal charges in an attempt to bury my own criminal charges documenting how judges in Austria plan to strip me of all my civic rights on August 12th on the basis of falsehoods.

According to a letter from the corruption state prosecutor Katja Wallenschewski dated July 27th, criminal charges were filed by Heiner Lohmann and Christine Cote.

Heiner Lohmann who lives in Germany on August 3 sent a signed letter confirming he never filed any criminal charges in Austria. He said he just sent in a general protest letter about the persecution of myself and other Austrian dissidents by the authorities.

And today Christine Cote has emailed to say she never filed any criminal charges either as Wallenschewski claimed.

I have made a written request to see the charges allegedly filed by Cote and Lohmann. Who knows what on earth is in these fictious documents?

The Austrian government has now been caught red-handed faking two sets of criminal charges to frame me as a dangerous conspiracy theorist.

Austrian government officials do not appear to be on the cutting edge of the internet age or to realise just how transparent this kind of fraud is nowadays.”

As you’ll see here, that list includes at least five expert advisors received money from vaccine companies.

Here’s who received money from Big Pharma and then influenced the WHO decision to declare a pandemic:

Arnold Monto is a professor from the United States who has received money from virtually all the major vaccine manufacturers: GSK, Novartis, Roche, Baxter and Sanofi Pasteur. He has specifically been given grant money by Sanofi Pasteur to study influenza vaccines.

Nancy Cox works for the US Centers for Disease Control, which already maintains a pro-vaccine stance while utterly ignoring the importance of vitamin D in halting infectious disease. Nancy took funds from the International Federation of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers and Associations (IFPMA) to conduct work on vaccines.

John Wood works at Britain’s National Institute for Biological Standards and Control (NIBSC). They’ve taken money from Sanofi Pasteur, Novartis and several other companies focused on influenza vaccine research.

Maria Zambon is a professor at the UK Health Protection Agency Centre for Infection. She has received money from Sanofi, Novartis, CSL, Baxter and GSK.

Neil Ferguson is also a professor, and he has accepted money from Roche and GSK Biologicals.

There may be more to this story, too: The financial ties explained here are merely the ones that these people chose to publicly disclose to WHO. There may yet be other ties that currently remain a secret and will have to be dug up by some determined reporter…

What’s the problem with financial ties, anyway?
Why does it matter that WHO advisors took money from vaccine companies? It’s simple: The decision to declare H1N1 swine flu to be a phase 6 pandemic was made by the WHO under advisement from these very people who received money from vaccine companies. And that decision, we now know, resulted in a windfall of profits for the vaccine companies.

Those profits, in turn, were burdened by the taxpayers whose expenditures were largely worthless because a huge portion of those vaccines are now expiring and have to be destroyed. The money was wasted, in other words.

It all has the makings of a grand global con: The WHO enlists advisors with financial ties to the vaccine industry to decide whether a pandemic is under way and then conveniently follows their advice in making a decision that many health experts around the world have been questioning from the start. It all has the appearance of medical corruption, and it looks like WHO decisions are based more on politics than medical science.

It was politically convenient, in other words, to declare a stage six pandemic. And if these WHO advisors have already received money from vaccine manufacturers, it’s certainly within the realm of possibility that they would soon be financially rewarded with yet more payoffs. (You scratch my back and I’ll scratch yours…)

The appearance of corruption
The unfortunate upshot of all this is that even if these WHO advisors are completely innocent, their financial ties still create the appearance of corruption. And that means the WHO is losing credibility that may compromise its integrity when a real pandemic comes along. If the world can’t trust the World Health Organization, in other words, then who should countries look to for real answers on pandemics and infectious disease?

Sadly, even the CDC in the US has now clearly positioned itself as an “anti-nutrition, pro-vaccine” organization, too. Ignoring the huge importance of vitamin D and the support of the human immune system, many CDC experts have also either been on the payrolls of vaccine manufacturers or are looking to join Big Pharma when offered a job. The former head of the CDC, Dr. Julie Gerberding, was recently offered a position as the president of Merck’s vaccine division (http://www.naturalnews.com/027789_D…).

The frustrating fact is that modern medicine has been subverted by Big Pharma. The vaccine industry practically runs the CDC and WHO — or at the very least, it heavily influences decisions by these two organizations. As a result, the so-called “scientific” decisions made by these organizations have very little to do with actual science but everything to do with protecting (and expanding) the profits of vaccine manufacturers.

And when public health policy is decided based on corporate profits, the people will always suffer.

Did you notice that the list of WHO advisors did not include even a single naturopathic physician? Not a single holistic nutritionist? There was nobody on the board that brought a pro-nutrition point of view to the discussions. And you know why nutritionists and naturopaths weren’t invited to join the WHO advisory board? Because the WHO has already pre-decided it doesn’t want to hear those points of view. It has stubbornly decided to entertain only vaccines as the solution to virtually all infectious disease.

And if you only invite vaccine pushers to the table, guess what kind of advice you’re going to get? “Push more vaccines!”

Asking a bunch of vaccine experts whether you should declare a pandemic is sort of like asking your insurance agent whether you need more insurance. Well of course you do!

No wonder the WHO has lost so much credibility. It refuses to look at real solutions that might work for poor nations (such as low-cost vitamin D supplements) while strongly favoring the high-profit operations of the vaccine industry. That’s why the WHO simply can’t be trusted anymore. It has now become a pawn of the pharmaceutical industry that will always make decisions that favor the financial interests of Big Pharma.

However, following WHO’s policy, they were disclosed within the Committee so that other members were aware of them. All other Members of the Emergency Committee declared no relevant interests.
