Vince Siemer was DEBARRED from defending himself vs Stiassny.

“Opposition MPs had argued that a fair trial could be prejudiced if a defendant was not present in court.”

So how come Vince Siemer was DEBARRED from defending himself in the Stiassny ‘defamation’ hearing?

Basic justice 101 isn’t it?
That there are always TWO sides to the story?
That both sides should get to put their side in Court?

“Opposition MPs had argued that a fair trial could be prejudiced if a defendant was not present in court.”

That is EXACTLY what has happened to Vince Siemer.

How could he have a fair trial if he wasn’t allowed in Court to defend himself?

HOW IS IT UNLAWFUL TO TELL THE TRUTH????

Vince Siemer is now in Mt Eden prison- jailed for the THIRD time – although he hasn’t broken any law.

If YOU think that Judges should have discretionary powers to make Court Orders which are NOT based on the law – consider this:

What if a Judge made a Court Order that Jewish people had to wear a ‘Star of David’?

Is that a ‘lawful’ Court Order that should be obeyed?

Is one of the reasons why Vince Siemer is being so appallingly victimised because Michael Stiassny has friends in very high places?

Is another reason, because Vince Siemer is arguably the leading ‘Public Watchdog’ in NZ – exposing judicial corruption – that is why the Solicitor-General David Collins wants to close down www.kiwisfirst.co.nz?

All this happening in NZ – ‘the least corrupt country in the world’?

The longer Vince Siemer is locked up – the more the national and international spotlight can shine on those judicial cockroaches, who are making a mockery of our NZ ‘justice system’.
