Hi Lee,

Now that it has been clearly pointed (again) out where the request to speak is ‘urgent’ – given the 7 May 2010 deadline for the Local Government and Environment Select Committee- does this mean that the Mayor has now granted speaking rights?

Yes or no?

Thanks!

Penny

Dear Penny

In terms of standing order 2.13.2 the Chairman did not consider the request to speak to be urgent and therefore applied standing order 2.13.
